For security, you can cancel your account by accessing your TierHost Control Center and fill out the cancellation form located in the Tools section on the top menu. In order to properly verify, authorize, and process your cancellation, you must submit this request within the TierHost Control Center.

If you are an existing customer, you can contact Technical Support, Billing, or Sales by accessing your TierHost Control Center and submit a ticket to the appropriate queue using the tierHelp ticket system.
